I’m sticking with the assembly motif again today. Roasted chicken, blue cheese, red onions topped spicy lettuce. All dressed in balsamic vinaigrette.
Simple, light yet satisfying.
Gotta leave room for beer dinner.
And you ought to leave room for tomorrow’s Meatless Monday dish I fixin to make.
