like your-parents-are-going-to-sit-you-down-and-lecture-you kind of bad.

wait a second.


this is good.

the kind of good when-you-might-drink-one-too-many-and-get-that-lecture-we-were-talking-about-but-totally-don’t-care-’cause-you-had-an-awesome-time good.


that’s what happens with martini’s.

not into beer? more of a fancy pants?

well serve this up in your fancy pants.

And enjoy the party, ’cause this is the best ever made at home martini that’s gonna give you one stellar of a time!


 raspberry burst martini

Prep Time: 10 mins

Ingredients (2 drinks)

  • 3 oz. vodka or gin
  • 3 oz. freshly squeezed citrus juice (grapefruit, orange, blood orange, lemon/lime)
  • 2-3 oz. thyme simple syrup (made exactly like this rosemary simple syrup but with thyme)
  • 10 frozen raspberries
  • For simple syrup:
  • 1 c. raw sugar
  • 2 c. filtered water
  • 5 thyme sprigs


make simple syrup, let cool.

get a glass.

add ice.

add liquid.

serve drink chilled with 5 frozen raspberries and a slice of citrus.

pace yourself.
