raspberry burst martini

Prep Time: 10 mins

Ingredients (2 drinks)
- 3 oz. vodka or gin
- 3 oz. freshly squeezed citrus juice (grapefruit, orange, blood orange, lemon/lime)
- 2-3 oz. thyme simple syrup (made exactly like this rosemary simple syrup but with thyme)
- 10 frozen raspberries
- For simple syrup:
- 1 c. raw sugar
- 2 c. filtered water
- 5 thyme sprigs
Instructions
make simple syrup, let cool.
get a glass.
add ice.
add liquid.
serve drink chilled with 5 frozen raspberries and a slice of citrus.
