Pickled Radishes

Because you have radishes (from a week ago) neatly placed shoved in the back of the fridge insecurely looking your way, begging to be eaten.

Because you had really high hopes for these radishes with rad ideas from a few fellow bloggers.

Because radishes look cool sliced, and you -obviously- want to look cool too.

Because everything tastes great pickled.

Because it’s Wednesday, not Friday, they’re easy, fat-free, a great snack and long lasting.

Because eating pickles will somehow erase the entire batch of peanut butter chocolate granola bars you were recipe testing.

Make pickles.

Feel free to triple the garlic and add carrots, the result is pickle heaven.

Do you like pickles?

I find most people are all or none- and surprisingnly know A LOT more boys who dislike pickles than girls. Weird, huh?

    I somehow cannot imagine how those could taste, but will try it for sure, since my garden is big enough to grow plenty of them :D
