Happy Thanksgiving!

Looking for last minute recipes? Forgot a key ingredient and need some back up? Didn’t plan ahead ’cause you busy?

No worries, some stores are still open (till like 2) and I’ve got mostly easy, healthy and delicious-worthy Thanksgiving dishes for you!

Start off with Butternut Bacon Soup

Or go butternut buck wild with these sides:

Baked Butternut Squash Chips

Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese

Still looking for orange in your Thanksgiving menu? Try the irresistibly smooth Sugar Free Sweet Potato Souffle

Or the equally simple Sweet Potato Mashee

I highly recommend the classic Green Bean Casserole, but this year it’s the Andouille Sausage Lentil Casserole that totally outshines any store-bought stuffing.

Lemon Potatoes are a great spin on roasted potatoes and burst with Thanksgiving flavor.

Roasted Veggie Quinoa Salad packs healthy nutrients and easy prep with unbelievable taste.

And Fennel Apple Pomegranate Salad is a simple yet elegant refreshing bite in between all the cream, butter and sugar.

Happy Thanksgiving! Hope you’re enjoying it with those you love and good food.
